Satisfied or your money back?

With the Christmas season upon us, your purchases are eligible for return until January 30 if they are not to your liking. Returns are free of charge. To make an automatic return, go to our returns page.

How long will it take to receive my parcel?

All orders placed on our site are dispatched within a maximum of 24 working hours. Delivery times range from 24h to 48h on working days. All our parcels are shipped with La Poste or Chronopost.

Upon shipment, you will automatically receive an email to keep you informed and track the progress of your delivery.

What shipping methods are available?

You can choose between home delivery or a relay point.

For delivery to a relay point, the choice will be made after your payment.

Do you ship internationally?

We deliver worldwide with short lead times.

Deliveries are free of charge to the following countries: France, Belgium and Monaco.

What payment methods are accepted?

You can pay for your purchases by credit card, apple pay, google pay and paypal. You can also choose to pay in 3 instalments, free of charge, thanks to our partner Klarna.

How safe is online shopping?

Our site has been thoroughly tested to ensure that it is as secure as possible. Our payment partners are companies recognized for their reliability and exemplarity.

How can I place an order?

In order to place your order, you will need to select the items you are interested in from our store and add them to the shopping cart. Once you've made your selection, simply validate the basket and proceed to checkout.

How can I cancel or change an order?

If you have made a mistake with your order, you can cancel it free of charge. If you wish to modify your order, please contact our customer service department directly via chat or the following email address: [email protected].

I have a coupon code, how can I use it?

IF you have a coupon code, you can enter it in your shopping cart or during the checkout process. The promo code will be applied at the final payment stage.

How do I know if my order has been confirmed?

After placing your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. Alternatively, you can check the status of your order in "My account" if you are a registered user.
