Deliveries France

The delivery times indicated on the product sheets correspond to free 1 working day delivery for orders over €200 in mainland France, or €9.95 incl. VAT. This delivery is made with Chronopost and will be dispatched to your home the same day if the order is placed before 12:30 pm. In this case, you will receive your parcel the next day (excluding Sundays).

Deliveries to Corsica are extended by one working day.

Returns

You have 30 days to change your mind and return your order. You can make this request directly via the dedicated page in order to obtain the return label. Refunds will be made within 15 days of receipt of your order by our team. To be eligible for a return, your product must be in new and unused condition.

All orders placed between November 1st and December 31st are eligible for the extended return period. During this period, you will have until January 31st to return your products.
