Delivery in France

The delivery time indicated on the product pages corresponds to free 1-business-day delivery on orders over €200 in Metropolitan France, or charged at €9.95 incl. VAT. This delivery is handled by Chronopost and will be shipped to your home the same day if the order is placed before 12:30 p.m. In this case, you will receive your parcel the next day (except Sundays).

Deliveries to Corsica are extended by one business day.

Returns

You have 30 days to change your mind and return your order. You can make this request directly via the dedicated page to obtain the return label. The refund will be processed within a maximum of 15 days after our teams receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your product must be in new and unused condition.

Any order placed between November 1 and December 31 is eligible for an extended return period. During this period, you will have until January 31 to return your products.
