Satisfied or refunded?

With the Christmas period, your purchases are eligible for return until January 30th if they do not suit you. Returns are free. To make an automatic return, go to our returns page.

How long will it take to receive my package?

All orders placed on our site are shipped within 24 working hours maximum. Delivery times range from 24 to 48 hours on working days. All our packages are shipped with La Poste or Chronopost

Upon shipment, you will automatically receive an email to keep you informed and track the progress of the delivery.

What shipping methods are available?

You can choose between home delivery or a relay point.

Regarding delivery to a relay point, the choice of the latter will be made after your payment.

Do you ship internationally?

We deliver worldwide with short delivery times.

Deliveries remain free for the following countries: France, Belgium and Monaco.

What payment methods are accepted?

Your purchases can be paid for by: credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. You will also have the choice of paying in 3 installments without fees thanks to our partner Klarna.

Is online shopping safe?

Our site has passed all the tests in order to be as secure as possible. Our payment partners are companies recognized for their reliability and exemplarity.

How do I place an order?

In order to place your order, you will need to select the items that interest you in our store and add them to the cart. Once you have made your selection, you will only have to validate the cart and proceed to the payment process.

How can I cancel or change an order?

If you have made a mistake on your order, you can benefit from free cancellation. For any request to modify your order, you can directly contact our customer service via chat or the following email address: service-client@maison -damas.com

I have a promo code, how can I use it?

If you have a promo code, you can enter it in your cart or during the checkout process. The promo code will be applied at the final checkout step.

How do I know if my order has been confirmed?

After placing your order, you will receive an acknowledgement email from us to confirm that your orders have been received. Alternatively, you can check the status of your order in "My Account" if you are a registered user.
